Welcome to CEAZ Cleaning Services. By using our website and booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

By booking with CEAZ Cleaning Services, you are agreeing to receive cleaning services as outlined during your quote or consultation. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on your home’s condition and specific needs.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service amount.

3. Access to Property

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure safe and accessible entry to the home at the scheduled time of service. If we are unable to access your property, a lockout fee may apply.

4. Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major forms of payment including cash and select digital payment methods. Failure to remit payment may result in late fees or suspension of future service.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with any part of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.

6. Liability

CEAZ Cleaning Services is fully insured. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damages, unstable fixtures or furniture, or items not disclosed during the consultation. Please inform us of any fragile or valuable items before your appointment.

7. Health & Safety

For the safety of our team and clients, we reserve the right to refuse service in environments we deem unsafe or unsanitary. We do not handle hazardous materials or biohazard cleanup.

8. Privacy

We value your privacy. Any personal information shared with us is kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of communication, scheduling, and payment. View our Privacy Policy for more information.

9. Changes to Terms

CEAZ Cleaning Services reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
