Do I need to be home during the cleaning?That’s totally up to you! Many clients prefer to be away during their clean, while others like to be present. We’re flexible and happy to work with whatever you're comfortable with.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?Life happens! Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment.
